Some things are boring for some people but very exciting for others.
What you like maybe the one that the person beside you dislikes.
For example, micrographs (photographs or images taken through a microscope or similar device to show a magnified image of the item) are widely used in forensic science, microbiology, virology, biology, etc.
For art and cocktail lovers, looking at them are just a bore!
However, if the presentation and the subject are changed; an exciting image might appeal to everyone concerned.
